Dr. Swati Bhatia

With assignments in areas of Administration, Human Resource Management, Liaison Coordination, Team Management, Training & Development, Swati has a noteworthy cross-functional experience of over 18 years in Strategic & Tactical Planning, Problem Resolution, Connexion, Performance Management and Onboarding. An out-of-the-box thinker with a flair education while identifying & adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve objectives bearing adherence to norms, her insightful experience in technical activities including scoping, planning, outlook finalisation, resource administration & quality management continues to benefit tasks she’s been assigned across various responsibilities entrusted to her.

Dr. Sarmistha Sarma

Professor, consultant, author, editor, columnist, and professor of marketing, Dr. Sarmistha Sarma. She works at Tata Consultancy Services as a subject matter expert. She had the popular "Shabdarth" column from Dainik Bhaskar translated into Gujarati, Marathi, and Hindi. She is currently the Chief Adviser of IITM Journal of Business Studies (JBS), a UGC Care Listed Journal, and the author of five books in diverse fields of marketing. Additionally, she actively promotes research in business management around the world as a member of the editorial advisory board of Romania's Eco forum Journal.
In addition to playing all of these duties, she also works as a teacher trainer for the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and was a member of the team that created the all-India Teacher Training Manual. She also participated in the creation of the Global Supply Chain Management course for the IGNOU MBA programme. She has been hired by the All-India Management Association (AIMA) as a PhD research advisor. She served as the Central Institute of Educational Technology's (CIET) 11th and 12th grade Commerce stream e-content evaluator for Assam.

With a knack for training program design and implementation, she has empowered teams with essential skills, fueling remarkable performance improvements. Her prowess in HR consulting has been instrumental in crafting tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
